You can delete your JellySplit account at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the JellySplit app on your device
- Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner to open the Account screen
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile (email, username)
- All game progress and statistics
- Any cloud-synced data associated with your account
What Is Not Affected
- Purchases. In-app purchases (JellySplit Pro, hint packs) are managed by Apple or Google and are tied to your App Store or Google Play account, not your JellySplit account. Deleting your JellySplit account does not cancel or refund purchases.
- Anonymous crash reports. Previously collected crash data (which does not contain personal information) is retained for up to 12 months for debugging purposes.
Data Retention
Account deletion takes effect immediately. All personal data (profile, game history) is permanently removed from our servers. There is no additional retention period for personal data after deletion.
